PeakLever (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to being transparent about how we collect and use information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you visit peaklever.me or use our AI assistant product, and how that data is handled.
1. Information We Collect
Contact form submissions. When you fill out a contact form on our site, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, and message.
AI chat conversations. When a visitor interacts with a PeakLever AI assistant embedded on a real estate agent’s website, we collect and store the full transcript of that conversation. This includes any information the visitor shares during the chat, such as their name, contact details, home search criteria, or other details they choose to provide.
Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically collects standard server log data, which may include your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit. This data is used for security and site administration purposes only.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
- Deliver and operate the AI assistant service on behalf of real estate agents using PeakLever
- Improve the performance and accuracy of our AI assistant
- Maintain the security and reliability of our platform
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with a limited number of trusted third-party providers necessary to operate our service:
AI infrastructure partners. Conversation transcripts from the AI assistant are processed and stored by third-party AI service providers. These providers are contractually required to handle data securely and may not use it for their own independent purposes.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics collects data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
JotForm. Contact form submissions on our website are processed by JotForm. JotForm’s privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy, available at jotform.com/privacy.
Hostinger. Our website is hosted by Hostinger. Standard server and traffic data is processed through their infrastructure.
4. Cookies
Our website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to support site functionality, performance caching, and analytics. This includes cookies set by Google Analytics to help us understand site usage. We do not use cookies to serve targeted advertising or track you across unrelated websites.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and AI conversation transcripts for as long as is reasonably necessary to deliver our service and support our customers. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
6. Children’s Privacy
Our service is intended for use by real estate professionals and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our platform, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
